Internet & Social Media Permission Form

By completing online registration for my rower, I hereby consent and authorize Capital City Rowing to disclose and use the following information when related to any Capital City Rowing activity or event:

I  hereby grant Capital City Rowing and its representatives the right and permission to use, publish, and reproduce photographs, images, and videos taken of me during my participation in Capital City Rowing activities, events, and programs on the organization's official social media channels, website, promotional materials, and other related publications.

I understand and agree to the following:

1. Use of Content: CCR may use the photographs, images, and videos for informational, educational, promotional, and other lawful purposes deemed appropriate by the organization. This may include but is not limited to posting on official social media accounts, websites, brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

2. No Compensation: I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of these photographs, images, and videos.

3. Identity Release: I grant CCR the right to use my name, likeness, and biographical information in connection with the photographs, images, and videos, without any obligation to identify me by name or use my full name.

4. Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in the photographs, images, and videos will be owned by CCR, and I waive any claims or rights to ownership or compensation.

5. Release of Liability: I release CCR , its representatives, and any third parties acting under its permission or authority from any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, arising out of or related to the use, distribution, and dissemination of the photographs, images, and videos.

6. Confidentiality: CCR will make reasonable efforts to protect my personal information and ensure its confidentiality. However, I understand that CCR cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through electronic means.

I have carefully read and understood this Social Media and Photo Release Form before signing it. I acknowledge that I am of legal age and competent to sign this release for my child.
