High School Rowing

The men's and women's high school rowing teams will split their time between Lake Hall (@LH), Meridian Park (@MP), and various cross-training locations around Tallahassee. 


Water practices at Lake Hall are 2:30 to 5:30
Meridian Park practices are 2:30 to 5:00
Saturday practices are 9-12

Cost is $250 per month (billed in nine installments) with a $150 registration fee.

Middle School Rowing

Middle School rowing will also feature a mix of land and water training, at many of the same locations used by the high school squad. 

Middle School practices on Monday and Wednesday at St. Peter's Anglican Cathedral from 4:30 until 6:30, and on the water at Lake Hall on Saturday from 10 to 12. The program cost is $150 a month with a $150 registration fee. 


Every rower will need the following apparel and equipment, which is not included in your dues. These items should be labeled.

Uniform Tank (HS) or Shirt (MS)
7/16 wrench
Spandex shorts


Gainesville Scrimmage, 2/20/21 ($20)
Jacksonville Double Dual, 3/6/21 ($20)
North Florida Districts, Jacksonville, 3/26 - 3/27/21 ($30)
FSRA State Championships, Sarasota, 4/23 - 4/25/21 ($50)
