- Thursday & Friday 4:45pm - 6:45pm at Maclay Gardens (water practice)

- Tuesday & Thursday 4:30pm-6:00pm at Meridian Park (land practice)
- Saturday 10:00am-12:30pm at Maclay (water practice)
